How to locate your RSVP Case Number.
An Order Acknowledgement email is sent to the contact that placed your VPAP Tx Order. The RSVP Case number can be found in the subject line of the order acknowledgement. See example below:

RSVP participants acknowledge that RSVP products are for sleep titration purposes only and shall not be resold or billed to any third party payor, including Medicare or Medicaid.
