Fitting tips

When fitting the mask, ensure that the base of the cushion sits at the crease of the patient's chin and then swing the mask upwards towards the patient's nose.
Be careful not to overtighten when adjusting the headgear straps.

Remove the elbow from the mask by pressing the squeeze tabs and pulling the elbow away.
Pull the headgear over your head with both lower headgear straps released.

Adjust both of the upper headgear straps evenly until the mask is stable.

Bring the lower straps below your ears and loop the headgear into the lower hooks on the frame.

Adjust the lower headgear straps evenly until the mask is stable.
The fitting should be firm but not uncomfortable.
Do not overtighten.

Connect the air tubing from your device to the elbow.
Attach the elbow to the mask by pressing the squeeze tabs and pushing the elbow into the mask.
Turn on your device so it blows air.

Lift the mask away from the face a short distance, then put it back in position. Ensure that the lower part of the cushion sits in the crease of the chin.
Undo the fastening tabs on upper headgear straps. Reposition both straps evenly, only until a seal is achieved, then reattach the tabs.
